This is a great question! The SHRM website has an article written, March 10, 2022, (link posted below), that states in part:
"An employer cannot make pay deductions for absences of an exempt employee due to jury or witness duty or temporary military duty, unless the absence is for a full workweek."
I would double check with an employment attorney though!
