Recommendations for virtual training on Generations in the Workforce

Hi!  I've been asked to find some different options for a training across our business regarding different generations in our workforce.  This will likely be virtual, as we span across the country.  I also am interested in a training for the general population, as well as for people managers.  Does anyone have any good recommendations for this?

A professor at Miami named Megan Gerhardt wrote a book called Gentelligence and was referred to me in the HRNet last year for a global Age Diversity webinar.   The webinar was fantastic- One of the highest rated diversity events that we have had! Might be worth checking into for a different perspective of generations in the work place. https://www.gentelligence.org.

I came here to recommend Megan! Here is her website: Gentelligence - Home Of The Gentelligence Movement. She wrote a book and speaks/leads workshops on generational collaboration in the workplace.

    Hello Paige,

Our team has extensive experience providing virtual, instructor-led training for all levels of employees. This means your frontline employees and managers/leadership receive the same foundational information, with the manager/leadership program adjusted to address concerns specific to their roles.

We are happy to provide a free consultation to discuss the objectives for training, along with providing a proposal if you'd like, following that conversation.

Please reach out to Sara Ismail-Beigi Bartlett at https://calendly.com/saraismailbeigibartlett/30-minute-meeting?month=2026-04 to schedule a call. You can also view our "About" and credentials here: https://www.mod.network/about.

    Morning Paige
As you see below there a number of options. Would be curious, if you haven't secured a provider yet, the angle you are attempting to take in delivery and the details of the topic?
