Employee Focus Groups
(This came to me anonymously from an HR Director - Steve)
We're trying to figure out how to conduct effective employee focus groups. Our hope is to gather insight, observations, and feedback on how people feel regarding their role and their work. This is more in-depth than the traditional "engagement" survey.
I'd appreciate hearing from those who have conducted Focus Groups successfully. Would be great to hear what worked and what didn't. We'd really like to capture the voices of our people to make sure the strategies and initiatives we're considering make sense to everyone throughout the company.
