Melanie - Not sure what type of time tracking app but we use Paymo to track time from a consulting perspective and love it.

There is an app through a program called The Bernie Portal.  It can be tied to payroll, but does not have to be.  I will send you some information about it.

If you need a non-App version, there is another platform called HR Connection that could work for you.

Melanie Booher - just go to: https://www.paymoapp.com/ . You can access more on their website but can download an app to your phone to be able to track time when you are not at your computer. If you have questions or problems holler. We've used them for years and love it.

    Hi Melanie,

I can recommend you elapseit - https://elapseit.com/ . It has an approval workflow for time-tracking.

    What's great on it?

You only have to schedule your employees on projects and the allocation will appear into their time-sheet. All they have to do is to confirm if they worked as have been scheduled/allocated or to modify the hours if they've worked more or less.

You can choose to have projects where the hours submitted will be automatically approved or to have projects where the hours submitted will be manually approved by a person in charge (project manager for example).
