Looking for anyone who may have a template for creating a Training Curriculum for new hire employees. Looking to include items like position requirements, safety training, technical training and sales training. If someone has something that I can use to model our program I would so appreciate it.
Benjamin McCall thanks for reaching out! I'm basically looking for any type of generic format I can get my hands on. My new CEO is asking me to create a list of the core responsibilities for all positions by using our job descriptions as well as management input. These responsibilities will become the basis for training curriculum for all new employees to complete within their first 6 months if they do not come to us with the required training. I hope that makes sense?
