Hiring Felons
I was just curious if anyone had written a policy regarding hiring people with felonies in their background. I have done quite a bit of reading on it already and am getting ready to begin writing a policy. I was just wondering if someone had something in place already so I'm not reinventing the wheel.

Check out Beacon of Hope Alliance in Cincinnati. It's a group of businesses in the Cincinnati area who hire people with felonies as part of their recruiting strategy.
