We have been considering implementing an ICHRA at our company. Right now we're in the middle of considering various vendors.

I'd like to hear from employers who have implemented ICHRAs, so I have a point of reference on the pros/cons of what they offer. I'd like to know things like:

1. What do you wish you'd have known before you moved over to an ICHRA?
2. What are the biggest administrative issues?
3. What vendor do you use and what is their customer service like?
4. How did employees take the change? Did they understand how to use the ICHRA?
5. How has it performed vs. a traditional plan?
