Wellness calendar for 2024? Monthly themes?
Any recommendations on sources of where to locate monthly themes for wellness? (Feb is American Heart month, Nov is National Diabetes month, May is Mental Health Awareness month...)
Starting to plan for 2024 and I'm working to enhance our Wellness programs. (Physical, Mental, Financial, etc...) Having monthly themes identified in advance will help me and my team focus our communication efforts. (Newsletter content, social events, scheduling lunch and learns, etc.)
Looking to identify what these different months can mean for content.

Thanks for sharing. The other places I would look, if you have not already, is my EAP, my benefits broker and the National Day website (everyday is a holiday!) Hope this helps!

I like the structure of your calendar.
Another resource I like is Wellable. They will email you a free monthly kit that you can personalize. This is good for those times you need to fill in something quickly and are pressed for time. With you having a team this may not be as much of an issue as a department of one, but it is super helpful in a pinch!
