Does anyone have any feedback on the SHRM Employee Handbook Builder? Pros & Cons.
We are a multi-state employer so looking for insights from others who have used this tool. Does the builder have separate policies for each state? Can you export the final handbook to Word when done?

Hi Parker, I am a HUGE fan of the Employee Handbook Builder. I originally started with SHRM's program which is supported by BLR/Jackson Lewis. I have since gone directly to BLR and set up my own employee handbook accounts for the various clients I service. They do offer the multi-state option PLUS can translate your handbook in Spanish at an additional cost. The customer service is also great. A definite win for me.
