An Invitation to Register
This is the beginning of something fresh, bold, and exciting. On behalf of the Black Women Executive Human Resources LeadHERship Collective, it is my honor to welcome you and invite you to be part of our Inaugural Panel Discussion and Forum. This historic convening launches a movement dedicated to advancing, amplifying, and sustaining Black women in executive Human Resources leadership, while engaging trusted allies who are committed to building a more inclusive future of work. We are excited about working with you.
Who We Are
The Black Women Executive Human Resources LeadHERship Collective is a national nonprofit organization created to champion, connect, and elevate Black women serving in C-Suite and senior executive leadership roles across industries, sectors and geographies within the United States. While our foundation is rooted in Human Capital leadership, our reach embraces the full spectrum of executive influence.
Our Mission
Our mission is to invigorate, empower, equip, and connect Black women executives and thought leaders, ensuring our voices, influence, and leadership are fully represented in shaping the future of work. We are committed to building a national, high-trust ecosystem that is more than community; it provides strategy, strength, and sustainability.
Together, we will:
- Provide Safe and Inclusive Spaces, confidential forums for candid, unfiltered dialogue.
- Expand Career Connections, networks that open doors to board service, speaking engagements, and leadership opportunities.
- Foster Upward-Peer Mentorship, reciprocal learning that strengthens collective impact.
- Facilitate Strategic Collaborations across business, government, academia, and nonprofit sectors.
- Deliver Targeted Leadership Development, designed for the realities of Black women executives.
- Build Foundational Future Leaders, mentorship pathways for the next generation.
- Host the LeadHER Executive Forum, high-trust, outcome-driven conversations for Black women executives, while welcoming trusted allies who actively champion our leadership and mission.
Our Commitment to Allyship
The Collective was created for Black women, by Black women, but we know transformation requires deep partnership and collaboration. That is why we welcome and engage trusted allies who are committed to championing equity and representation at the highest levels of leadership. For us, allyship is not symbolic; it is active, accountable, and sustained. True allies:
- Stand alongside Black women executives by amplifying our voices and recognizing our influence.
- Open doors to opportunity by recommending, nominating, and sponsoring Black women leaders for board service, executive roles, and thought leadership platforms.
- Advocate for equity and accountability in their own organizations, industries, and communities.
- Invest in change through time, resources, and partnerships that build stronger pipelines of leadership.
- Listen, learn, and co-create solutions while respecting the lived experiences of Black women executives.
Our Vision
We envision a future where Black women executives are fully represented, celebrated, and empowered, not as exceptions, but as essential voices shaping the future of work, society, and global impact. Our vision is bold:
- Senior executive leadership across industries reflects the brilliance and influence of Black women.
- Keynote speakers and thought leaders include Black women who shape national and global conversations.
- Allyship is not optional, but expected, with leaders across all sectors working to dismantle systemic barriers collectively.
- Mentorship and sponsorship pipelines equip the next generation to thrive.
- Our leadership leaves a legacy of transformation, redefining leadership and broadening who has a seat at the table.
