Exempt/Non-exempt Decision ??
With the new DOL/FLSA regulation possibly going into effect 12/1/16 (there was a House vote to delay it 6 months, but it hasn't gone to the Senate or the President yet), what are you doing at your organization with employees?
I know there are a myriad of webinars and options. However, I'd like to hear from you here on the HR Net. Don't list your company, but let others know what you're planning to do.
