Multiple Locations and Paying Mileage

When your business has multiple buildings located within the same city, what is your approach to paying mileage for non-exempt employees for working at a different building (than where they typically work from)?

I don't have this exact situation, but our travel policy reimburses employees for mileage to the airport that is beyond the employee's normal commute to work.

We have three locations within a six mile radius. We pay mileage to any employee who is required to go to another building for a meeting or etc.
