I'm a Wright State University graduate with a BA in Organizational Communication, minor in Business Management. I've been in HR for 17 years, the last 12 have been in public sector.

While I enjoy policy and the business related part of HR, I've found that my job is more about helping people, being a good listener and working with managers to find an effective strategy to offer the wayward employee get back on track.
