Looking for a training vendor

We are looking for recommendations for a training vendor who is able to train our HR staff who are located in various locations across the U.S.
Specifically, we're looking for someone who could provide Protected Health Information (PHI) training.
We appreciate any suggestions you may have. Please list websites and/or contact information of who you'd recommend so we can check them out.

I attended a great training by Gary Pritts from Eagle Consulting. Thorough and wasn't a pony show. We had to go through scenarios. Quality. Not sure if the do traveling but call: https://eagleconsultingpartners.com/

Consider BizLibrary? They will have more courses then you need right now, but you can use it for a multitude of topics, and track who is taking what... even at different locations.
