My name is Tyler Meenach. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Criminal Justice in 2011. I spent the next 10 years developing my career in correctional rehabilitation, earning an MS along the way. During my time in corrections, I managed large dual-diagnosis caseloads, conducted group substance use disorder counseling, and oversaw quality assurance efforts for a large community-based corrections facility.

In late 2021, I began a new career as a Community Health Coordinator in the Overdose Prevention division of Hamilton County Public Health. In this role, I have been active in the development and growth of the Recovery Friendly Hamilton County (RFHC) program.

Since its launch in June 2022, RFHC has reached over 75 employers (representing > 20,000 employees) and won three prestigious awards.
