My name is Tyler Meenach, and I operate a free employee wellness/retention initiative called Recovery Friendly Hamilton County via Hamilton County Public Health. We are fully funded by the CDC and backed with bipartisan support. The Recovery Friendly Workplace movement is gaining significant traction locally, across Ohio, and nationally! 

According to SAMHSA, over 60% of Americans aged 18 and older with a substance use disorder (SUD) are part of the workforce. We're here to help you address the sizable economic and human losses wrought by SUD. For meeting some very small--zero cost--requirements, we blanket you with recruitment support, consultation, policy resources, training, overdose prevention tools like Narcan®, and more.
