HR Systems Analysts - Likes / Dislikes about Job
I'm seeking a new HR opportunity with a much larger company. A long-time friend asked me to apply as an HR Systems Analyst in his department there. He's given me some background, but I still need to interview / earn the job on my own. My company is so small, this position is very new/foreign to me, but I'm excited about it.
In preparation, I'd like to hear from those in an HR Systems Analyst role AND/OR people who work with HR Systems Analysts.
