HR Generalist/Recruiting opportunity - Cincinnati, Ohio
Lighthouse Youth & Family Services has a Senior HR Generalist opening in our Human Resources department. This position will require a love of recruiting in addition to providing full generalist support. We are seeking an individual that is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment and would like to work in a mission-based environment supporting children, youth and families.

Acts as single HR point of contact for Clinical Services and other assigned service areas.

Full-cycle recruiting including new hire onboarding and training.

Provides guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.

Provides guidance on performance management including coaching, counseling, career development and corrective action.

Manages the agency’s intern program.

Participates in projects to enhance and automate HR functions.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field; or equivalent work experience required.

Three (3) years of professional experience in HR. Recruiting experience preferred.

PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.

Ability to work independently.

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated intermediate computer skills. Paycor or related HRIS experience preferred.
