Global Talent Management Software
Hello Everyone! I hope you are doing well. I am looking for a Global Talent Management Software system and I'd like to know what software you are using that helps identify talent and high potentials. I'd like for it to include performance management, goals, succession planning and an interactive tool (similiar to an intercompany facebook). In needs to be on a global format to include USA, Europe, China, Mexico, Brazil. Let me know what software/system you are using now or have used in the past. Thanks so much!

While our company does not currently use a Talent Management Platform, we just finished a two month process searching for one. We ended up selecting Cornerstone On Demand. They seemed to have all the components we wanted (including the ones you mentioned), were the most responsive to us throughout the process and while they weren't the cheapest we saw, it was reasonable given that they seemed to provide superior service and features.
Does anyone out there use Cornerstone? What's your assessment?
