Key Needs at High Level:

Sr. Instructional Designer - capability in design of material for face to face instruction and online for delivery to a broad retail, field and corporate audience. Experience in Adobe suite products with an emphasis with InDesign. Video and Design with the Storyline software would also be a huge plus. Additional need would be with implementation and administration of a Learning Management system. Past facilitation exp would be helpful but is not required in this role. Travel from 30 to 40% travel but more periodic for project based work.
