Research on Pre-hire Assessments

ProActive Consulting is conducting an important research study on personnel selection assessments. We are especially interested in understanding shifts in the marketplace pertaining to assessment instruments that contain a simulation-based component. If you have ever used--or even considered using--hiring assessments, we really need to hear from you.

Below is a link to a survey about hiring assessments. If you’re using them, we’d love to know what you’re using and how it’s working. If you’re not using any, we’d love to know why. This survey should take 5-15 minutes to complete.
