Pre-employment Computer testing

Hi all,

Is anyone still using pre-employment computer testing? We had the same test for almost 30 years, which became irrelevant after awhile. If anyone is using anything, I'd love feedback. If you've gotten rid of it altogether, I'd love to hear why!

    Amy, are you talking about testing for computer skills or are you talking about a pre-hire assessment to determine if a candidate would be a good fit for a particular job in a particular environment?  I can give you information about next generation assessments if you'd like.  Just let me know the best way to contact you.  Thanks.  Sue
