Health care specific recruiting needs
Hi there, friends!
I work for an immigration tech company that manages the immigration/foreign national process for HR. Up until now, most of the people we've worked with have been in technology - so a lot of the informational material we've got is very specific to the needs of that field.
However, we're really excited to be attending the National Association for Health Care Recruitment conference in the very near future, and we'd like to create some helpful handouts to what health care specific HR gurus need in regard to foreign national talent.
Are there information barriers that are specific to your industry? What types of information/resources could we provide about the immigration process that would make your management process a little easier?
