How to structure a sign-on bonus
Good morning. Does anyone have a template or best practices that they use when recruiting a team member with a sign-on bonus? $500 after 90 days, $1,000 after 1 year, etc.?
Curious to know about the repayment terms when employment separation occurs before the completion of bonus? Can partial repayment be required, if agreed to in writing before hand?
