Glassdoor as a branding and recruitment platform
Is anyone using Glassdoor's paid services for employer branding and recruitment ? We have had some meetings with them and some of what they do seems interesting. However, I would love to hear feedback from anyone that is currently (or has) used their paid service platform.
They are courting us as well. I like the idea of being able to have targeted advertising of our jobs on our competitors' sites. However, if they already have a paid account, we can't use that functionality, so it seems to be a race to who can go first. Not sure. There is definitely activity on there, and we'd like to be as proactive in managing our brand(s) as possible. I'm also interested in anyone currently using it.

Glassdoor has pitched us multiple times. The price point made it unrealistic, however you can do a lot with a free account such as adding pictures and content. You can also reply to reviews/comments. Glassdoor has some very good free webinars/training available that are worth checking out. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me email@example.com .
Glassdoor has reached out to us before to see if we were interested in paying for their service as well. Right now we just respond to comments and that's about it. In our conversations with them about paying to post jobs, the people we have talked to, didn't feel good to us - they were true sales people and it didn't feel like it would be a good relationships if that makes sense.
