Hello team!!

Need some counsel on how to properly implement meal and rest breaks for CA employees.

 Here's the scenario: Employees work in the homes of clients for up to 30 days at a time.  No weekends off.  Employees spend about 12-15 hrs per day with the client, with some downtime if the client is safely occupied elsewhere, ie. school, work, family time, etc.  Employees share all meals with the family.   They have a separate space to sleep and have downtime.  

How would we go about giving them the proper meal and rest breaks?
