Using Videos for Training

(This came to me from an HR Director - Steve)

We have been trying to find resources of short training videos that we could use at the front line of our locations, as well as for new hires. We'd like to do HR, job-related, and development using videos, but we're not having luck finding someone who does this comprehensively.

Also, we have a mix of field staff, office staff, and manufacturing staff. Most of the programs we've seen are heavily office-based and that doesn't connect with the majority of our staff.

I appreciate any suggestions you have!

    OpenSesame is a great resource for LMS learning videos,  (if you are looking to purchase or get a subscription). 

    If you are looking to do something more specific to your company, Matt at Synchronous Partners is a great partner (haha) to work with you. He's made several LMS manufacturing-based videos and LMS e-learnings for me and also videos specifically for retirements, etc.
