He will explore why using “off-the-shelf” generic documents (from the internet, AI, or your HR colleague), without any further thought given to them, are not worth the courtroom problems they generate - one size does not fit all.  He will emphasize why supervisors simply do not understand the importance of a complete and accurate evaluation.

Jeff also will highlight why the content of those forms  (e.g., the description of the job duties, essential functions, generic ratings numbers or labels,  or the supervisor’s performance ratings and comments) can trigger claims under various employment laws: FMLA, ADA, ADEA, Title VII, and the FLSA.
