Sara Ismail-Beigi Bartlett

Founder and Principal Consultant of MOD Network LLC, Sara has 25+ years of professional experience in clinical, corporate, and non-profit settings, She utilizes her diverse skill set to make change possible. With specific expertise including non-profit management, customer service/call center management, executive education, recruitment, and clinical trial management, she is able to work between front-line, technical, and executive audiences with ease. 

Sara obtained her Bachelor’s in Management with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Minor in Entrepreneurship from Case Western Reserve University and her Master’s in Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University. Sara holds multiple certifications, including: DISC, EQ, ACI, Driving Forces, Prioritized Leader Suite. She is also an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and holds a Team Coaching Global Certification through the Team Coaching Global Alliance.

Samantha Delaney

Samantha is a Training and Organizational Development Consultant with 13’+ years of professional experiences in the field. Samantha has a passion for improving individual and organizational well-being and believes that fostering a healthy work environment helps individuals, and ultimately the organization, thrive. She loves to share her knowledge through curriculum development, program facilitation, and consulting on a variety of topics. 

Samantha has a Bachelor’s of Community Health from Ohio University and holds multiple certifications, including: DISC, EQ, Driving Forces and 8 Factors of Engagement; she is also a an Organizational Development Certified Professional through the Institute of Organizational Development.
