Hello, with an expected increase in employee FMLA cases with the addition of EFMLEA, I am looking at options to help manage our FMLA caseload.  I'm currently tracking individual intermittent FMLA on spreadsheets and tracking all active FMLA in Excel.

Our payroll is processed on a PeopleSoft platform, but we do not have any built-in functionality to manage FMLA. I'm looking at a cloud based, FMLA manager tool. I know that there are a few on the market, and wanted to know if anyone had any experiences that they could share with me.

I work in the public sector and manage FMLA for about 600 full time employees in two different employment groups (one on a calendar year and the other on a fiscal year calendar). Any recommendations appreciated.
