HR Certification is a critical step for HR professionals. I will never forget the fact that my HR Professor at Miami University took her time to help me and several of my classmates prepare for our HRCI PHR test way back in 1986.

With that in mind, I'm pleased to announce that I will be offering 4 HR Certification Prep Course Scholarships for my fall SHRM-CP/SCP Prep Course. (2 for students from Miami University - my alma mater and 2 for students from any other college.)

These scholarships are open to fulltime undergraduate students who are in a course of study that is geared towards preparing them for a career in Human Resources who will take the SHRM-CP exam in the December-February 2023-24 test window.

Scholarship includes full access to my Fall HR Cert Prep Course and materials (value of $650) that meets via Zoom for 8 weeks from 6-9PM on Thursday nights starting Sep 14. Those who do not receive a scholarship will have the option of taking the course at a discounted student rate.

To apply, students simply need to submit an essay (no more than 1000 words) explaining why they are interested in HR Certification and what they have accomplished so far in their academic and student activities that has helped prepare them for a career in HR.  Deadline to submit is September 1 via email to me at Tom.MobleyHR@gmail.com
