Hello All,

 Hoping to get some help on a project I am working on. I am revamping our 20-year old employee performance review process and looking to move to a Manage by Objective (MBO) evaluation process.

Do any of your companies use an MBO style performance evaluation? If so, are you willing to share the template with me? I am hoping not to have to start from scratch building a form. I would greatly appreciate your willingness to share if you use this style.
