Looking for a Mentor
I'm looking to find an HR mentor. I received my Bachelor's in 2013 and have been working in the HR field since but I'm having a hard time leveling up from Generalist to Manager. Any thoughts on how / where to find someone willing to invest some time?
I'd love to hear your suggestions.
