Leadership Development Training
(This came to me anonymously from a VP of HR - Steve)
We're trying to see what's out there in regards to Leadership Development Training. Our goal is to have someone help assess our talent, give us options for either individual/team training and work with us on a longer-term basis.
We'd like someone to get to know us vs. just telling us their approach and come alongside our organization. Our experience is that people say they'll do this as long as it fits what they offer and they claim it's customized.
We'd really like to consider someone who can look at our current environment and build something from there.
Do you have any suggestions for folks to consider?

Part of developing a program is, of course assessment, evaluation and taking the time to see what actually applies to your organization. There are many firms that have boxed approaches. Yet, I love that you want a consultant to work with you, get to know you and have something that works specifically for your goals and needs.
Feel free to reach out and we can have a call to talk through the specifics of what you are looking to do. Of course no pressure!

As recently as last week I designed and presented a training that was specifically tailored for my client. Prior to that, I met with members of the HR team to assess their recruiting and interview process.
I would be happy to learn more about your current needs.

Hi! With 21 years experience at Procter & Gamble and a Masters in HR Development L&D, I have several ideas in how to build a Leadership Development training programs both in-person and virtual, live and on-demand, customized to fit your business objectives and culture. I built my boutique Consulting Firm, Ever Spark, to help companies exactly like you in this way. I'd love to learn more and see if there's a way I can support you in this work.

Steve, I have created a leadership training program in partnership with the VP of HR for an organization. Besides the leadership training content, I have also incorporated 1-2-1 and/or group coaching outside the training. This is part of the program to not only reinforce the material but walk with the attendee(s) through a project or address needs they have in their role.
Based on this organization's needs, there is a foundation of topics wanted. But there is also an additional list of topics (not exclusive). From there it is designed to be 100% a la carte. So topics and duration are purely determined based on the needs of the organization. It can be individual or group. In-person or virtual.
It would be worth a 15-20 minute conversation to determine if we are aligned and should continue the conversation or not.
Thanks for the opportunity.

We are local and customize our approach to each clients needs. We do a free preliminary assessment through a series of interviews to identify the best course of action. This also allows us to customize content to ensure we use real life examples in facilitation. I know we can help. Please let me know if you want to chat.

If you are still interested in a personalized training/coaching program, I would love to give you some information on a fresh perspective that is “spot on” and “amazingly beneficial in all aspects of work and life”.
