He is well-known throughout the industry and has been a featured keynote speaker for various organizations including SHRM, CUPA, AAPPR and NAHCR, sharing his expertise on a variety of topics, including employment branding, career site strategies and mobile recruiting.

As the leader of a team of highly talented professionals, Charles Kapec oversees the Creative Solutions team for NAS Recruitment Innovation. He provides creative oversight and direction for a team of strategists, designers and production artists. In addition, he consults with key agency accounts to help develop employment brands, career sites and creative deliverables that support successful recruitment strategies. Since joining NAS in 1993, Charles has created numerous employment branding campaigns and countless programs that have run both locally and nationally in a wide variety of media outlets. Charles graduated from Cleveland State University with a double major in English and Photography.
