I've been asked to share compensation data with newer managers who haven't been exposed to this type of data before. I'm not sure the best way to do this so it lessens the chance of mass comparison syndrome occurring.
People don't typically handle comp data well when they're first introduced to it. I'd love to hear from others who've done this well to help me hopefully avoid pitfalls.
