How to Make Time to Hire Quicker

I use Paylocity as our ATS. What products, ideas, AI tools, etc. are you using to expedite Time to Hire?

    Texting is probably the most critical that our clients will use. Often our clients will use texting for applicants who meet the min requirements and then from there, you can send them a calendar link where they can either schedule themselves, OR they use a video interviewing platform to send over a list of some job specific questions, allowing the applicant to respond to the questions, recording their response to avoid playing phone tag, text tag, or email tag to schedule time. They will record an internal team member "asking" the question, so it is much more personalized for the applicant to hear the question being asked by someone on the team. None of this requires AI, and it helps with branding and speeds up the process to get in touch with those applicants who appear to be a solid fit, keeping the momentum going. Managers love it too because they can watch the responses at any time without trying to schedule time, speeding up the initial screening process significantly.
