Bonus Plan for In-House Recruiter
Hi! We are considering starting some kind of bonus plan for our in-house recruiter. We have less than 400 employees, with one recruiter on staff (HR team of 4, including the recruiter). I'm curious what measures and rewards you use for recruiters. We're considering something related to retention of the employee after 12 or 24 months. We've consider time to fill a position, however it's sometimes the hiring manager who drags and drags their feet (or they're hold out for the purple unicorn with fairy dust), and we don't want to penalize for that. I'd like to hear what others are doing. Thanks in advance!
