Hi HR Net Community! 

I want to share a new program that CincySHRM is rolling out to employers in our region.  My hope is that you find this program to be an incredibly ROI positive way to recognize and reward your team.  

Cincy SHRM is an independent organization, separate from SHRM National, that serves the broad HR and Business Community in the Greater Cincinnati Region. The two value propositions that resonate most with our members are building a local community network of peers and participating in relevant education that moves business and careers forward. Our associations has roots dating back to the 1930’s here in Cincinnati so it’s amazing to see how far this community has moved our regions businesses and people.

CincySHRM, for the first time ever, is offering companies the opportunity to sponsor their employees as members of the organization. In fact, CincySHRM is offering a discount for leaders to gift memberships to their team. For less than the cost of many single-day conferences, your employees receive an ENTIRE YEAR of professional development and networking. 

If you decide that this program adds value for your team, CincySHRM’s Membership Board Chair will do a new member orientation specifically for your team. This will allow your team to tailor their membership experience to the things that will add value to them immediately.

One more kicker – The company that sponsors the most members will receive a Social Team Event with the CincySHRM Board! This will be a great way for your team to engage with many of the leaders in the HR Space directly.
