NOVUS FOODS is looking for a Spanish-speaking HR Manager for our largest site located in Delphos, Ohio. This role partners closely with site leadership, Corporate HR, and the Head of HRBP to ensure compliance, drive employee engagement, and build a culture aligned with Novus Foods' values. As the primary HR leader for a site of approximately 200 employees, this role requires a high degree of autonomy and visibility.

Responsibilities include:

• On-site HR leadership for employees and serving as a leadership partner for the site leaders and supervisors
• Recruitment and retention for a critical site in the Novus Foods portfolio
• Employee relations and compliance including investigations and corrective actions
• Lead annual site performance reviews, compensation reviews, and succession planning with support of corporate COEs
• Oversee benefits administration and provide oversight for weekly payroll process
• Employee communications and ensuring corporate initiatives translate to the site level

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or plant environment strongly preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED

Base Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 / Year
