Our accelerated 12-month program—The Next Level Leader (NLL)— equips executives, managers, and emerging leaders with the tools, frameworks, and confidence to lead with clarity, authenticity, and impact. It is designed to be practical, relevant, and deeply engaging. The November cohort is tailored specifically to support women in leadership and the unique challenges we face. Whether you're a seasoned leader or stepping into new responsibilities, this experience will help you elevate your leadership presence, expand your influence, and build a network of peers and mentors committed to your growth.

What You Can Expect

Next Level Leader was born from a specific ask to help women thrive in leadership and in life — to create a space where you don't have to choose between thriving in business or thriving at home. A space where learning is judgement free and feels like renewal.

• 12 Leadership Development Topics - 1 per month
• Two 60 -Minute Virtual Meetings Per Month, for 12 months.
• Meeting 1 - Topic introduction! Dive into terms, case studies, discussion, frameworks and tools.
• Meeting 2 - Bring your work! Live application and practice and group coaching.
• 1-2 hours of reflection and practice in between, per month
• A host of support resources, reference materials, implementable tools and frameworks, discovery, breakthroughs, and a few surprises along the way.
