2021 SHRM Certification Study Materials

    I have been thinking about doing the certification but unsure if I should go with SHRM or HRCI given all the moral Drama. Which do you think is a better cert?  If you think SHRM is good I might be interested!

    Benjamin I just took the SHRM-SCP & SPHR. I don't know that either one is better than the other. But preparing one got me about 75% of the way there to take the other test. It's a lot of work to prepare, so I would recommend getting the other if you think you may want it while all of the info is fresh in your mind!
