Inflation Strategy Ideas
Hi! I'm curious if anyone can share what inflation strategies you are using or considering beyond money. Are there any smaller businesses out there that are looking at other options? I've done quite a bit of research on ideas but thought I'd send a message to see if anyone had any creative ideas they could share. Thank you!

We are a very small transportation company without a lot of extra financial resources. What we have done is instituted a change to our culture as well as beefed-up our Wellness Plan. We have contests/games/challenges/trivia that we do throughout the month that places people in positions to win gas cards, grocery gift cards, etc. It has been very well-received and the people winning gas cards LOVE them!

We have offered a condensed work week, so if someone wants to work 4 10's they can, to save 1-day of commuting. We also do a weekly gas card drawing for a $50 gas card. We also have monthly production bonus, and for the month of July we decided to double it. Employees were thrilled. It's a one-time impact, not something that has to be sustained over time.
