Resources for Salary Data
(This came to me anonymously from an HR practitioner - Steve)
We're looking for resources to evaluate salaries and compensation. I know there are firms that do in-depth, full-blown compensation analysis. We're just seeking some comparative data (annual salaries) for our executives and manangers.
Open to all suggestions and resources your find valuable from those you pay for to ones that have low to no cost.

Our team has access to various salary surveys and can benchmark your jobs. We'd just need to talk further with you to ensure your jobs and industry are available in our surveys. If you want to do it on your own, we've had smaller clients resort to online tools like: Salary.com; Occupational Outlook, job postings, etc. to help them get an approximate measure of the value of their jobs. I'm happy to talk through either us or other options if that helps you in any way.
