Looking for Development/Training Programs

Can you recommend any training and development programs that we can bring in to our mid-sized company? We are looking for programs that incorporate sales training and leadership training to build our employees and offer more development options. Thank you for any help.

  • Hi Emma,

ICC offers Accelerator Leadership Development, a scalable platform that incorporates microlearning sprints, reinforcement exercises, accountability activities, and remote-live coaching and peer sessions. We build the program around your needs or competency model. Happy to discuss further: brian@innovateicc.com or 859-322-1128 (I'm based in NKY).

  • For sales, we have each sales individual go through Story Brand training - it is a great program aimed at selling through natural story telling and connecting purpose with what you are selling. Not just sell to sell.
For everyone in our organization, we have Degree'd - it's an online platform that cultivates training, webinars, articles, etc across the internet into one platform. You can also add your training modules that you create into there and create "pathways" for someone to complete. Highly recommend!

  • Hey Emma, great question that you have put out here. May I ask one back> What specifically are the business issues you are trying solve here with learning and development? To ensure the recommendations fulfill real need, and therefore have impact, I always like to ask this question. Just a thought.
