Marketing Coordinator for Meridiem - Cincinnati, Ohio
Meridiem is looking for a self-directed and highly motivated marketing and sales individual to join our small startup. Meridiem provides tools for Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Succession and Workforce Planning.

We’re seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator that will contribute to the overall success of our growing business. You will work hand in hand with the leaders of the company to execute multi-level digital campaigns, paid search, brand harmonization, graphic design, video production and administrative support. The position will report to the president of the company (did we mention we’re a small startup?) and will work closely with the Director of Business Development, Director of Client Services, back-office leader and CEO. Functions and Responsibilities:
- Help deploy email campaigns in Hubspot and Sales sequences including contact management, list segmentation, creating email templates, workflow creation and maintenance, and existing template refinement.
- Write market-specific content for blogs, newsletters, websites, etc.
- Help plan and support logistics for national webinars.
- Graphic design for collateral, infographics, signage, white papers, catalogs, product slicks, advertisements, website and other evolving needs.
- Monitor our competitors and create battlecards for our sales teams.
- Special/Ad-Hoc Projects as assigned, assist with special projects, proofing, production, and department-wide assignments as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy and roll-out.
- Edit marketing videos and blogs as needed.
- Write and post engaging content on our social media channels.
- Assist in setting up discovery calls for sales.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent 2+ years’ experience in email/online marketing.
