About The Role

TaskForce seeks a part-time (eight hours/week) Human Resources Consultant who will work closely with the CEO to support and consult on human resources functions including regulatory compliance policies, employee relations, and employee career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help employees navigate HR-related issues
  • Work with the CEO to support team career development
  • Consult on best practices for talent acquisition
  • Assist in establishing guidelines for HR-related needs

About You

  • Possess deep cultural awareness and sensitivity, and be committed to cultivating cultural competence in the team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to take direction, to receive feedback, and execute tasks accordingly
  • Invested in TaskForce’s vision and mission for positive change through arts and culture

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict in the workplace
  • Experience working with agencies / small companies a plus
