As we are just too well aware, life and business has fundamentally changed since Covid.- we are definitely in our "Next Normal" never to return ...

Want to connect with other HR professionals on a regular basis?  Pick their brains?  Share stories?  Get re-cert credits?  Have some therapy session?   Join us!

HR Partners has openings in each of our 4 HR Roundtables we facilitate in the Cincinnati area, and will launch a 5th group (Virtual Group) in February!  Groups begin again this week, so register now!

Sr. Groups (10 or more years’ experience or 7 years plus certification) meet:

• the first Thursday of the month from 8:30 – 10:00 in Rookwood  (currently virtual)
• the First Friday of each month from  8:30 – 10:00am in Rookwood, or   (currently virtual)
• the First Friday of each month from noon – 1:30 in Tri County   (currently virtual)

HR Professionals with 7 years or less experience meet on the First Thursday of the month from 1:30 - 3:00pm in Rookwood.(currently virtual)

Our 5th group will launch in February (date/time to be determined - either the 3rd Weds or 3rd Fri) and will be permanently virtual.  We've found that drive times and ongoing Covid issues may be prohibitive to some.  This will be a Sr. level group, with special exceptions.

Guidelines:

• Groups are limited to 25 per group, no more than one person per organization per group, and no competing industries in the same group, in order to maintain an open environment for confidential discussion.  Same people each month in each group
• Participants must be internal HR professionals or serving in the HR role within an organization.
• Members email each other in between meetings as well to get information and advice – all is confidential.
• Participants must commit to attend at least 8 sessions/year - the group is depending upon you!
• Several times a year, all roundtables are invited to survey the full group (125+) members for input, outside their monthly group
• Many other perks!

 
Participant fee is $195 per year.  Such a deal!!
