Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner
We have an immediate need for a Contract Sourcing Partner and are open to remote candidates. This individual will be responsible for pipelining qualified talent for all levels of positions. Responsibilities include identifying potential candidates utilizing typical and creative sourcing channels, social media sites, internet portals, networking, referrals and cold calling; conducting phone interviews and tracking candidate progress through the recruiting process. This role focuses on the quality of experience provided to candidates.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Work with talent acquisition partners to develop, identify and execute searches and search strategies as assigned: includes sourcing candidates, screening, and interviewing

Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions in anticipation of need to increase the level of candidate flow and customer service to our business partners

Create innovative and resourceful strategies to mine and attract the best passive and active candidates

Find additional networking opportunities to attract top talent, including outreach to community effort, blogs and alternative job boards

Provide ongoing feedback to talent acquisition partners around competition and market conditions

Utilize Scripps ATS to track, monitor and report all communication with candidates

Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and searches for necessary reports

Track and report accurate weekly recruitment results

Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

BS/BA degree or relevant experience
-
2+ years experience sourcing candidates through multiple social media platforms preferred
