Benefits Broker for Small Non-Profit
I sit on the board for a local non-profit in Butler County, Ohio and as an employer, we do not offer benefits (nor have we ever). It's becoming increasingly challenging for us to hire and retain good talent. Seeking referrals for a good benefits broker, preferably local. 20-25 full-time employees.
Thanks in advance! - Andrew

Andrew, I am connected to SOCA (Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance) which is a non-profit. Their primary product is health insurance. Their broker is Cincinnati Benefits Solutions. Scott Marston is a personal friend. He can discuss options and see if there is a fit for the 2 organizations. You can reach him at 513-617-5932.
